What is the Membership Loyalty Points Program, and how does it benefit me?

The Membership Loyalty Points Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for their ongoing support. As a member of this program, you will earn points based on your subscription tier, which can be banked and used to buy the items you’re borrowing.



How do I become eligible for the Membership Loyalty Points Program?

To become eligible for the Loyalty Points Program, you need to have an active membership subscription and make on-time payments for your monthly subscription fees. If you are late on your monthly subscription payment, you may not be eligible to earn points that month.



How are points earned and what is their dollar value for each subscription tier (Opener, Pro, Headliner)?

Points are earned with each subscription payment. The dollar value for each subscription tier is as follows: Opener – 100 points per month, Pro – 200 points per month, and Headliner – 500 points per month.



What is the minimum number of points needed to redeem rewards, and how does the banking process work?

You need to accumulate at least 500 points ($10 redemption value) before you can start to redeem your rewards. Once you reach that threshold, you can start redeeming your rewards in blocks of $10 redemption value.



How can I redeem my banked rewards, and are there any restrictions on their usage?

For now, you can use your banked rewards to buy the items you’re borrowing. This allows you to make the gear you love a permanent part of your collection while benefiting from the savings you’ve earned through the Loyalty Points Program. You can also use them toward any other purchases on the site.



What happens to my points if I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you pause your subscription, your points will be stored and remain available when you resume your subscription. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose any accumulated points and banked rewards.



Can my banked rewards expire, or do they have a validity period?

As long as you’re a member, and your subscription payments are current, your points will not expire and they do not have a validity period.



Is it possible to earn points through other activities, such as referrals or promotions?

As of right now, no. But we are constantly working on ways to improve our rewards programme and we will keep our users informed when we roll out any additional changes. Stay tuned!



Can I combine my banked rewards with other discounts or promotions?
